Liability: Alashiya is not responsible for any allergic reactions or sensitivities that may occur. Please patch-test before use and discontinue if irritation occurs.

Return and Refund Policy

We take great care in crafting our perfumes, but if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we’re here to help.

Returns: Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
Exceptions: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receipt with a photo of the product and packaging.
Resolution: We offer replacements for damaged or incorrect items. Refunds are only issued in rare cases when a replacement is not possible.
