Personal Scent Commission

I create a very limited number of bespoke, oil-based perfumes each year.
This process is not about quick turnaround or replicating an existing scent. It is a slow, collaborative creation. A perfume developed uniquely for you, rooted in memory, material, and how you want scent to live on your body.
Because of the time and care involved, commissions are offered by application. This allows me to take on projects I feel aligned with and able to develop properly.

This is a creation process, not just a purchase.
Together, we develop a scent that is uniquely yours, one that doesn’t exist anywhere else and is not made for anyone else. The commission covers the time, research, and development involved in creating your personal perfume.
Once the scent is complete, you receive a finished bottle as part of that process. Your perfume is then archived, meaning you can return to it and reorder it in the future without repeating the full creation process.

• A written application exploring your story, memories, and relationship to scent
• A one-to-one consultation (in person or online)
• Development of a bespoke oil-based perfume using natural materials
• A midway sample sent to you for reflection and wear
• One revision based on your feedback
• One finished bottle of your personal scent (10ml or 15ml)
The full process typically takes 6–12 weeks, allowing time for formulation, testing, rest, and refinement.

1. Application
You begin by submitting an application rather than placing an order. This helps me understand your ideas, intentions, and whether the project feels like a good fit.
2. Consultation
If your application is accepted, we’ll arrange a one-to-one conversation to explore scent preferences, memory, ritual, and how you want the perfume to feel in daily life.
3. Creation + Sample
I’ll begin composing your scent and send you a midway sample. You’ll be invited to live with it on your skin and reflect on how it unfolds over time.
4. Revision + Final Perfume
Based on your feedback, I’ll make one considered revision before completing your final perfume.

• Once created, your scent can be reordered in the future without repeating the full commission process

Personal scent commissions start at £300.
This price reflects the full creation process including consultation, development, sampling, refinement, and one finished bottle of your personal scent.
Once your perfume has been created and archived, future orders can be made without repeating the commission process and are priced separately.
Payment is taken at the start of the process.
